Ok, this was by far the most difficult drone feat I have attempted to date. I wanted to capture aerial footage of me spinning in a circle, spilling boiling water from a martini shaker. I thought it would give a cool spiraling effect. The effect was so-so, but the ordeal? At -27 Celsius, the iPhone battery life, even when fully charged, is no more than 2 minutes. You need to use a phone with the DJI drone to view and record video. The drone battery itself will only last a couple of minutes. I barely got the drone in the air before I got the red-light-and-alarm-of-death, meaning the drone was making an emergency landing because the battery when from 100% to under 20% in 2 minutes. I got the boiling water in the martini shaker, spun around like a mad-man, and managed to catch the drone before it crashed to the snow.
Fun times. lol.
