as posted by the channelI've been called a "mad scientist". I've also been called a "mad chef" (might have been "bad chef", but I prefer to believe they had a blocked nose when they said it). Tonight, I put both of those skills together to make lamb hooves and sheep stomach stew. Cooked in a slow cooker for 24 hours. Then sliced, spiced and fried to "perfection". Even my wife said it was "not bad". Which, for lamb hooves and sheep stomach stew, is like a Zagat 4 star rating!
