as posted by the channelA while back I did a cooking video with bison testicles. They weren't bad. I tried for a second recipe, but when I thawed the testicles the second time around, they had the most nauseating texture I thought there was no way it could be healthy to eat them, so I cooked them up and gave them to the dogs with their food. Which gave me this idea: Dehydrated Bison Testicles. The process was fascinating. And the treat was perfect for the dogs. Insanely expensive and not marketable, but the dogs loved them. Enjoy!
