"We are aware of the intentions of the Kyiv regime and its Western curators to 'rehabilitate' themselves for the failed peace summit in Burgenstock, Switzerland, in mid-June this year and try to hold a similar event," Galuzin said (quoted by RIA Novosti). According to him, Russia hears the same rhetoric in the vain hope of pushing the completely dead-end ultimatum "Zelenskyy formula", and also sees a deliberate disregard for other initiatives to resolve the Ukrainian crisis.
