12:22Now PlayingJohn Kirby confirmed that Russia has begun to move some forces into the Kursk region, where the Ukrainian armed forces are advancing. Kirby refused to talk about the assessment of the situation in the Kursk region, but confirmed that the US was observing Russia's reaction ‘in the context of redeploying some manpower and equipment to the Kursk region’.
