In particular, on the night of 1 September, during a massive drone attack on Russian regions, two SDPPs in the Moscow and Tver regions, as well as a Moscow refinery, were attacked. This was reported by the Russian propaganda outlet RIA-Novosti, citing local authorities in the city of Kashira, Russian publicists, and Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. It is noted that at night, an attempt was allegedly made to attack the territory of the Kashira SDPP with 3 drones. Traditionally, the Russian authorities say that ‘there were no casualties or damage, no fire occurred’. At the same time, Russian publics publish photos and videos of local residents showing the arrival of the drones at the territory of the power plant. The Kashira SDPP is located on the banks of the Oka River in the town of Kashira, Moscow Region. The Astra telegram channel reported two fires after a UAV attack in Tver Oblast - the DRES and a gas distribution network located a few kilometres away were attacked.
