Republican Lindsey Graham noted that about 70% of Russian oil products go to India and China. He said that after Kiev he intends to visit Paris and Germany. "We will discuss lowering the price limit for European allies, this is how we will hit Putin's economy. This is how we will increase our production with allies and lower the price limit for partners," he said. The senators emphasized that if Putin does not agree to serious peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine, these sanctions may be introduced.
