And I then asked, if Putin does not do this, to, if possible, apply tariffs and sanctions to push him toward diplomatic dialogue. When we say that if this meeting does not happen, then support in the form of aid and sanctions should follow. We conveyed these signals to the President of the United States,” Zelenskyy said.
