Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian delegation would report on February 17 on the outcomes following the first round of negotiations in Geneva. According to him, the delegation must raise the issue of the attack that took place on the day the talks began, particularly before the American side. After all, it was the United States that had previously proposed that both Kyiv and Moscow refrain from attacks.
