35:52Now PlayingUkrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy defended his country's attack on an oil terminal in Russia, saying it was "justified." Earlier on Wednesday, Ukrainian long-range drones had targeted the facility in St. Petersburg, setting it ablaze. "We are responding to attacks on Ukraine," Zelenskyy said in a news conference alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. "We strike only oil refineries or other military targets — legitimate targets," he added. The attack comes as the Russian city hosts a major event for attracting foreign capital. The drones flew over 1,000 kilometers to hit the terminal, a day after Moscow launched a major attack on Kyiv.
