Twenty years after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, she still grieves the father she never met

Nearly eight months after Norbert Szurkowski was killed in the attacks on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, his daughter Claudia was born. Twenty years later, she struggles to understand how she can still miss a man she never knew. And even though her mother is remarried now, Ursula Andrus still grieves that her daughter never got to know Szurkowski, whom she describes as "the best father that anybody could ever have."
