YouTube Description
as posted by the channelActress Mayim Bialik and former champion Ken Jennings will host "Jeopardy!" through 2021. It remains unclear who will permanently fill Alex Trebek's former role.
The process of finding a successor to Trebek, the longtime host who died last year of pancreatic cancer, has lasted longer than one might have expected. The gig was originally given to executive producer Mike Richards, but he stepped down due to widespread controversy about offensive comments he had made in previous years.
Bialik and Jennings come with their own baggage. Bialik has been criticized for her outlook on several topics, most notably for her wariness about vaccines. In her 2012 parenting book, she said her kids weren’t on a “typical” vaccine schedule. And in some since-deleted tweets, Jennings made fun people with disabilities and former president Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron.
