YouTube Description
as posted by the channelFour astronauts are embarking on a flight around the moon, humanity’s first lunar voyage in more than half a century and the leadoff in NASA’s push toward a landing in two years.
Before takeoff, Artemis astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen paused to play a card game with NASA’s chief astronaut Scott Tingle. The game is a preflight tradition, where the astronauts losing the round means they have gotten rid of all bad luck before launching.
The crew will hurtle several thousand miles beyond the moon, hang a U-turn and then come straight back to Earth.
