“People are just a bit like, 'Oh, wait a minute, you mean they can still do this,' or 'They are doing this better than me when I'm like half their age?'” said instructor Tan Shie Boon, who began teaching parkour to seniors after realizing it could be a good way for older people to stay healthy as they age.
