Yesterday began the most significant journey we’ve embarked on to date. Bigger than our work in Afghanistan, Ukraine, Haiti, Ecuador, Mexico, Lahaina, Uvalde, or El Salvador…by a wide margin.

Tomorrow we take our mission to get Memphis, TN off of America’s Deadliest Cities List into a new era.

We’ve shut down four narco trafficking and one human trafficking operation without making a single arrest or firing a single shot, through human connection, introduction of opportunity, and earned trust - not insignificant things.

But the blood and sweat we will shed together tomorrow mark the beginning of a new chapter in this work, we will move the first dirt and clean the first shards of glass on a facility that - like the lives we touch - we are going to renovate and restore to its former glory, only better.
