For a number of years, manufacturing jobs in the United States have declined - a trend which has hit rust belt states particularly hard. After Donald Trump is elected after blaming NAFTA and the TPP and promising to bring jobs back to the U.S., he tweets Santa in an effort to do just that. What will happen - will tax incentives, like those Carrier air conditioner received, be enough? Or are there greater problems afoot?
