After former Google engineer James Damore's memo on diversity was leaked, it caused an outcry. Many people crticized its implications for diversity - and attacked its scientific basis. Who was right? We interview sex scientist Dr. Debra Soh, who wrote a column in The Globe and Mail defending the science behind the memo. In part 2 of the interview, we present her with some criticisms of it and she answers them.
