as posted by the channelWhile visiting the temple of Luxor in Egypt, which was active in 1400 BC, I couldn’t help but notice that the pillars in the temple were in the shape of papyrus bundles. Papyrus, the reed which grew along the River Nile, when sliced, pressed, layered, and dried, became the primary medium of writing within antiquity.
P.S. forgive my appearance it’s 40 degrees Celsius (104 Fahrenheit) out here.
