John answered questions posed by MSNBC about the factors contributing to the crash, including mechanical failure, design defects, maintenance deficiency issues, as well as who should be held liable, TWA or Boeing or both. The 747's center fuel tank exploded and it crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off East Moriches, New York, killing everyone aboard. Baum Hedlund represented 14 families in this air disaster.
