► The FDA recently announced that it is investigating Zantac cancer risks after testing of Zantac (ranitidine) tablets found a cancercausing chemical up to 3,000 times greater than the FDA’s daily intake limit. The carcinogenic chemical present in Zantac, known as Nnitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), was discovered in the process of manufacturing rocket fuel.

NDMA hasn’t been studied in humans because it is so carcinogenic, but in all the animal studies show that animals that are exposed to NDMA actually get cancer.

If you took Zantac and developed cancer, you need an experienced personal injury attorney on your side. The attorneys at Baum, Hedlund, Aristei & Goldman have decades of experience holding big corporations accountable for concealing the health risks of consumer products. Across all areas of practice, the firm has obtained more than $4 billion in verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients. Our past performance, verdicts or settlements do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of future legal matters.
