However, there is a dark side to the events at Davos. With 1% of the worlds population controlling 99% of the worlds wealth, is this just a luxury rich mans club, and are the guests at the event solely in attendance to promote their own greed and interests? With leaders of the worlds largest economies pledging to do more to tighten the gap between rich and poor, there are however underlying tones of hypocrisy at Davos.
