A Muslim completes the rituals of Hajj (pilgrimage) at 4 locations, all in close proximity to one another: Mecca, Muzdalifah, Mina, and ‘Arafah. However, before pilgrims can begin their Hajj in Mecca, they must cross points of ihraam. Sh. Abdullah Oduro identifies the different places where ihraam begins and the actions that are prohibited once ihraam is initiated.

Sign up to embark on this journey of knowledge with Sh. Abdullah as he explains the tenets of the Islamic faith. You will receive the series in your inbox daily.
