When the heart believes that, every delay feels threatening and every closed door feels personal. But Allah already settled this question in the Qur’an. There is no creature on earth except that its provision is upon Him.
The believer still strives. You apply yourself, show up, work hard, and take the means seriously. But your heart isn’t attached to the means themselves. It’s attached to Al-Razzaq.
Sometimes rizq comes through the doors you knock on. Other times it arrives from places you never expected.
The Prophet ﷺ said that if we truly trusted Allah, He would provide for us as He provides for the birds. They leave hungry in the morning and return full in the evening.
But the birds still fly.
