The objective of the hearing was to propose and promote practical steps to implement the vision for the Middle East expressed by President Trump, focusing on solutions that would provide long-term stability to the region through voluntary emigration of the Gazan population.
More than 100 participants attended a special session convened by the Knesset Land of Israel Caucus to discuss voluntary emigration of the population of Gaza, as proposed by US President Donald Trump. The discussion, lead by Caucus co-Chairs MKs Yoel (Yuli) Edelstein, Limor Son Har-Melech and Simcha Rothman, also heard important remarks by Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana, Minister of Finance Betzalel Smotrich, Minister of Settlement Affairs and National Projects MK Orit Strock, former ministers MKs Itamar Ben Gvir and Amichai Eliyahu, Head of the Binyamin Regional Council Israel Ganz, as well as MKs Amit Halevi, Ohad Tal, Tali Gotliv and Osher Shkalim.
