It’s not… The grace received from baptism never goes away, and we don't know how this works or plays out in a person’s life… It might give a person strength in a time of extreme suffering, it might call us to change our ways and bite at us when we are off the path from who God made us to be, or it might lead you to recognize the truth and humble yourself to repentance on your deathbed… We shouldn’t underestimate God’s power and the grace received at baptism, voluntary or not, working within one’s soul throughout their life…
