610. Fearlessly Failing: Chef George Calombaris

<p>Talk about interviewing an Aussie great! George was an absolute pleasure to sit down with. If you have a dream, any dream, then this episode is for you. George is passionate about having a strong work ethic and says that "talent without work ethic is like a tree without roots." He attributes his work ethic to his father who as a youngster had him working in the family supermarket in Noble Park. <br />George shares some of his big wins, and big set becks with us in this chat, he doesn't hold back and is very much an open book. <br />We talk about his passion around being a conscious cook, and how he started working with Blu.
