Jeff Hersh lost everything when ServPro of Greater Boulder placed his belongings in a storage unit that defaulted, leading to an auction on Sept. 3. Among the items sold were photos of his wife who died 24 years ago, their daughter Kate's childhood albums, wedding albums, baby albums and his wife's ashes.
