0:32Now PlayingColorado Parks and Wildlife has declared an emergency public fish salvage at Two Buttes Reservoir in Baca County as declining water levels threaten to kill off fish populations.
The order, effective Thursday, lifts all bag and possession limits for anglers at the reservoir, located at the Two Buttes Reservoir State Wildlife Area, about 35 miles south of Lamar. Anglers can keep all the fish they catch using legal fishing methods, though they must have a valid 2025 Colorado fishing license.
