0:31Now PlayingAnglers are needed at a southeastern Colorado reservoir for an emergency public fish salvage. Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) said a public fish salvage began Monday at Nee Noshe Reservoir.
CPW said Nee Noshe Reservoir is drying and is not expected to fill in the foreseeable future due to ongoing drought. Realizing the entire fishery may be lost, CPW authorized the public salvage, allowing anglers an opportunity to utilize the fishery resource while conditions allow.
