There has been a bit of a circulation of a supposed quote from Labour leader, Keir Starmer, that he is ruling out any coalition before or after the general election. However, it's not true in the sense that everyone is understanding it. He hasn't ruled out a coalition, and he hasn't ruled out an electoral pact. He has just ruled out a coalition on constitutional matters with a single party, the SNP. I imagine it also applies to the Conservatives as well, of course.
