In 2016, Kathy Danvers-Baker put her father John Danvers into care at the centre and says she saw a marked decline in his condition after he became a resident at Bupa Eden.
In February 2018, he collapsed and was rushed to hospital in a state of delirium, which Kathy says was caused by a lack of basic care at the facility.
