As a young kid with ADHD and autism, Tom Dunlop was "a runner".
He would disappear with no warning, struggled to concentrate, and had anger issues. Until music teacher, Steve Allan is opening the door free of charge to kids to learn music who otherwise wouldn't have access to a teacher.
