Stephanie Trethewey experienced crippling isolation when she moved from Melbourne to a beef farm in Tasmania.

So, in 2019 she set up Motherland, a national charity, podcast and advocacy platform to help connect mothers raising children on the land.

Then in 2021 Stephanie created Motherland Village – Australia's first online rural mothers' group program.
