0:57Now PlayingFormer Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski said he believes the narrative that President Donald Trump’s campaign could have colluded with Russia “the greatest crime committed against the American people in our generation if not ever.” Speaking before the House Judiciary Committee, Lewandowski said Trump was being treated unfairly. “There’s been no accountability at the highest levels of the government,” Lewandowski said. “I think it’s shameful,” he added. Lewandowski was one of the people featured in special counsel Robert Mueller's probe of Russian meddling during the 2016 election, including in Mueller's investigation of possible obstruction of justice by Trump. Mueller chose not to offer a conclusion on the question of obstruction. Democratic lawmakers have led congressional efforts to investigate the matter further.
