22:41Now PlayingIranian President Hassan Rouhani accused the United States of “international piracy” in the form of threats and sanctions that he said keeps Iran from participating in the global economy. Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Wednesday, Rouhani blamed the U.S. for pulling out of the Iran nuclear deal. “It has now become clear for all that the United States turns its back to its commitments and Europe is incapable of fulfilling its commitments,” Rouhani said, adding that Iran remains committed to the deal but “our patience has limits.”
