Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, an Army officer who works for the National Security Council, told House lawmakers that the detailed notes released by the White House of President Donald Trump’s July call with Ukraine’s president omitted the word “Burisma.” But, Vindman added, “It’s not a significant omission.” Vindman, who listened to the call and attempted to correct the notes, said he attributes the omission to the transcribers who might not have "caught" the word. Vindman testified Nov. 19, alongside Jennifer Williams, an aide to the vice president in the public impeachment inquiry into Trump.
