2:29Now PlayingPBS News spoke with chairman of Georgia's Republican Party, Joshua McKoon, on Trump's chances of winning in November, the strength of the Republican Party in Georgia and the party's conversation around the impact of the 2020 election today.
While 2020 was an unprecedented election for many reasons, including the COVID pandemic, McKoon said in 2024, "once those legal processes play out, when we get to the end of the day, I'm going to accept the result, whatever it is."
McKoon said the Republican party in Georgia is the strongest he's seen in a long time, but thinks the Democrats are "divided in Georgia like they are all over the nation."
