10 a.m. - FEMA Director Deanne Criswell testifies in a House Transportation and Infrastructure Hearing on the agency's response to Hurricane Helene and Milton.
2 p.m. - The Senate Judiciary Subcommittee holds a hearing titled, "Big Hacks & Big Tech: China's Cybersecurity Threat."
The Senate Judiciary Committee is also holding a 10 a.m. hearing on lowering credit card fees with testimony from executives from Visa and Mastercard. Watch here
