16:11Now PlayingPresident Donald Trump delivered remarks Monday night to members of the U.S. armed forces and their families at the Commander-in-Chief Inaugural Ball.
"We will again build the most powerful military the world has ever seen," Trump said.
Upon his return to the White House on Monday, Trump issued several executive orders, including pardons and commutations for defendants arrested in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Trump is only the second president to return to office in non-consecutive terms, the only president convicted of a felony and the oldest person to win election to the White House.
