1:00Now PlayingMeta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was heard apologizing to President Donald Trump for not being "ready" to speak Thursday at a White House dinner held for tech company leaders.
"I wasn't sure what number you wanted to go with," Zuckerberg told Trump after the president stopped taking questions from reporters at the event.
Minutes earlier, Zuckerberg had said that Meta, the parent company of Facebook, was planning to invest "at least $600 billion" in the United States through 2028.
