4:57Now PlayingPakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised President Donald Trump at a Gaza peace summit on Monday, describing the U.S. leader as a “man of peace.”.
"Peace has been achieved after untiring efforts. Efforts led by President Trump who is genuinely a man of peace," said Sharif, who added that he’d like to nominate the U.S. president for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Sharif delivered his remarks while attending the summit held in the Egyptian resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh. Several world leaders gathered for the summit in an effort to support the ceasefire in Gaza and develop plans for next steps, such as creating a post-war government for Gaza.
