But he did not answer questions from the press, and it's unclear why he chose to keep constituents in the dark. Lisa Desjardins reports on Kean and the other big questions looming over Capitol Hill.
Correction: In this segment, we referenced 14 Republicans who shut down the floor by voting no on a key procedural motion. In fact, one of those was a Republican leader who voted no for procedural reasons. The other 13 Republicans rebelled against leadership in an attempt to push Speaker Johnson and others to take more aggressive action on hardliner issues.
