People have been pushing for something like it for almost 100 years, and organizers say there's new momentum toward ratification. Carol Jenkins, CEO of the ERA Coalition, says 94% of Americans support constitutional equality for women. "The problem is 80% of those people think we already have it, she says. "They cannot believe that in the United States, we do not have this in our Constitution."
