7:59Now PlayingHuman Rights Watch researcher Clara Long interviewed toddlers and children at the Border Patrol child jail in Clint, Texas, and says conditions are "so urgent" that she and her team immediately spoke out. "There were over 350 children in the facility from zero to 17-years old," says Long. Children as young as two "usually [were] with a somewhat older kid, and the agents would say, 'Oh, this kid is taking care of that other kid.'"
