0:29Now PlayingComment: CHILD LABS
Most people think eczema is just a skin problem.
But what if it’s also telling us something about the immune system... and even the brain?
Research has shown that children with eczema are more likely to develop ADHD than children without eczema. That doesn’t mean eczema causes ADHD—but it does remind us that the body works as one connected system.
That’s why I don’t just look at the skin.
I look for common nutrient deficiencies like vitamin D, iron, zinc, vitamin B12, and omega-3s because these nutrients play important roles in healthy skin, immune function, and brain development.
When we identify and correct deficiencies, we’re supporting far more than eczema.
✨ Healthy skin starts from within.
