as posted by the channelMost of our half-day session today was spent displaying to the jurors videos of Richard Allen's confinement conditions in Westville Correctional Facility. The videos were not displayed to the public, so we had nothing to observe, other than the jurors' reactions as they transformed from deadpan, to discomfort, to disbelief, to anger. We also heard the top cop at the Indiana State Police admit that it was him who kicked the FBI off the investigation and requested them to return all of their files a year before Richard Allen's arrest.
