1:16:42Now PlayingPart 3 ended up short and uneventful, because the pattern of sloppy documentation of investigations turns out not to be limited to Canton or MSP, but also apparently extends to the Stoughton Police Department. As a result, logistics surrounding how to obtain the transcripts and proceed takes up much of the hearing. However, there is a juicy callout by the Hearing Officer, who is unimpressed by a statement Officer Devine made to the Boston Globe about wanting a public hearing in contrast to the position his lawyer has taken with the Commission. We also got some new evidence that may blow a hole in Devine's attempt to blame communications between Sandra and "Rob" on another officer in his department because the timeline doesn't fit.
