According to Judge Graf's comments at the last hearing, we are going to start with the evidentiary hearing on the order to show cause why prosecutors Jeff Gray and Chris Ballard should not be found in contempt of the gag order for their media comments about the ATF testing of the gun and the bullet fragment recovered during Charlie's autopsy. After hearing the evidence, Judge Graf will also consider argument on the defense's motion to prevent the State from introducing hearsay evidence against him at the upcoming preliminary hearing.

There is a pending motion to stay the preliminary hearing - currently set to start on July 6 - but it's not formally on the docket and it's not clear if the judge will address it or not.

I'm expecting the evidentiary hearing to be a bit of a repeat of the motion to disqualify the prosecutor's office, where the defense got to put prosecutors on the stand and achieved remarkably little with the opportunity. Will the parties have learned from the last time? It's unlikely that either motion will be ruled on today but if one is, it will be the hearsay motion, because there's controlling law directly contrary to Robinson's argument and that makes it a pretty easy decision for Judge Graf
