There's a spring in your step when you walk to court in such an overwhelmingly dominant legal position that the opponent hasn't even bothered to respond to your arguments, but you still never know what the judge will do. So, I was very pleased with Judge Convey's appreciation of the public's right of access to the courts and my request to view certain trial exhibits has been tentatively granted in full, subject only to redactions to protect the privacy interests of the children that the judge wants to oversee personally. I'll tell you everything that happened and what's coming next as the exhibits are produced to me.
