8:45Now PlayingColin Kaepernick has reached a settlement with the NFL to end his collusion lawsuit against them. Multiple sources say the cash awarded in the case could be between $60 to $80 million. Part of the settlement includes an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) which means Kaepernick is no longer allowed to speak about the NFL, at least in the case of collusion or other things related.
Many people on the outside looking in would call this a clear example of selling out due to Kaepernick’s long-standing stance of protest against the NFL.
And they would be correct to say so. Kaepernick’s whole persona over the past three to four years has been a person that stands (or kneels) in defiance against the NFL. He says they colluded against him to keep him out of the league. He said they tried to silence his “voice” in protest of police brutality. But now he takes cash from the NFL to keep his mouth shut? Big time hypocrite and typical liberal opportunist.
